I am writing to commend this gentleman for the excellent service he has provided my wife and I over several years. He is truly a diamond for your company of true professional, knowledgeable and always eager to serve in a warm, patient, and efficient manner. I marvel at his ability to deal with numerous work orders, answer questions, pick up the phone and yet remain calm under pressure.
As a retired teacher I think Troy would also do an outstanding job training service consultants for Toyota.
