Toyota Unveils Camry Hybrid SE and FJ Cruiser Sport Editions

Toyota recently unveiled the Special Edition Camry Hybrid, as well as the FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Special Edition at the 2014 Vancouver International Auto Show. Both vehicles are true to Toyota’s streamlined design and enhanced engineering. Regardless of which special edition model suits your driving needs –the  hybrid sedan or the all-terrain SUV — Toyota goes the extra mile to ensure you are safe behind the wheel.  “[Toyota’s] Special Editions showcase design and sportiness… these unique versions of the Camry Hybrid and FJ Cruiser give Canadians more of what they’re asking for,” said Toyota Canada’s Vice President, Larry Hutchison. These two special edition models are just part of the incredible 2014 Toyota lineup.

The 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid SE Special Edition offers a sophisticated Camry SE appearance on top of premium fuel economy and performance enhancing features like Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive. If you haven’t heard of Toyota Hybrid Synergy Drive, it is the most proven hybrid technology in the world. Toyota gives drivers the most elite features such as luxurious rear spoiler and sport-style grille, while the interior was constructed using special sport fabric to construct a racing cabin alongside the leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, and aluminum scuff plates. With an MRSP starting at $29,540 you can’t afford to miss this limited time offer. This special edition Camry SE was part of the Auto Show’s “Green Ride and Drive” event.

It’s the final year of production for the FJ Cruiser, so Toyota commemorated this event with a special edition Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams. This vehicle has been designed with each driver’s unique needs in mind. Choose between available manual or automatic transmission, along with the off-road package that not only gives you outstanding performance but rugged styling inside and out. The Trail Teams Special Edition is unique, as it is the most capable and rugged FJ ever. Boldly standing in Heritage Blue paint, loaded with BF Goodrich All-Terrain tires on black TRD beadlock style alloy wheels, the sporty contours and sportily tuned cabin complete the look. Choose between a 6-speed manual or available 5-speed Super ECT automatic transmission. Depending on your choice, the MRSP starts at $41,925 and $43,165, respectively.

The 2014 Vancouver Auto Show unveiled some of the most illustrious vehicles to ever grace the Toyota lineup, including Toyota Tacoma X-Runner Special Edition, next-generation Toyota Highlander, as well as the latest from your favourite models like the Corrolla, RAV4, Avalon and Tundra.
