This summer, Gateway Toyota Scion invites you to look and feel your best with the enhanced 2015 Scion FR-S and Scion tC. Both models have received extra touches for 2015, being refined and fine tuned with various aesthetic enhancements and new colours.
Renowned for an array of premium features from style to performance, the 2015 Scion FR-S features an enhanced powertrain with better handling, less body roll, and stability. These enhancements are due in large from to the more rigid front suspension, refined rear shock absorbers, and better damping. It features a 6-speed manual transmission or an available 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Aerodynamically improved, the FR-S also offers an all-new shark-fin antenna and larger exhaust tips; plus; for added convenience, automatic headlights. The interior has been refined, featuring an updated panel with a carbon fiber look and redesigned look for the key. In terms of colours, Steel will take the place of Argento for the FR-S silver colour, while Halo replaces Whiteout for the pearl white colour.
New for the 2015 Scion tC, drivers can expect steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters on all vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission for a more spirited driving experience. New colours for 2015 include Cosmic Grey and Alpine White, which will replace Classic Silver and Blizzard Pearl. The tC comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, and the incredible available 6-speed automatic 6-speed automatic transmission with Dynamic Rev Management technology.
The Director of Scion Canada, Cyril Dimitris, says the FR-S and tC are for “serious drivers and tuner fans, [they] will love the new feature that we’ve added.” He continues saying, “And we know Canadians will be keen to conquer new roads in these two stylish, performance-tuned coupes.”
