I have recently made two visits to the service department at Gateway Toyota and have been very pleased with both the service and personnel in the area. My first visit was for recall service and as this was a new experience for me I did not know what to expect. When I drove in Rebecca met me in a warm and friendly manner. Everyone I met made me feel comfortable including the shuttle driver who took me to the shopping area.
When I returned the box of articles I purchased were taken to my car as I still had to wait. The visit was a little longer than expected and I was kept informed of progress. Today I needed a headlight changed. I met Doris Deacott and again felt well looked after. The price of the headlight was one half that of the competition whom I had called for a quote.
Needless to say I am a pleased customer and have an appointment next week to have recall work completed as the part is now in.
