“I just want to express my thanks for the fabulous service I received.
I was changing my wife’s tires and had broken one of the security lug nuts and ruined the socket to take it off. I tried a few different things, but was unable to remove the lug nut. I went to a few places, but was unable to get service until the next week and at a pretty hefty cost.
I decided to stop at Gateway Toyota and Cassandra was very helpful to us. After not being able to find a replacement security socket to purchase, as I ruined the original one when snapping the lug nut, she told us that she would have a mechanic remove it for me as well as replace the other security lug nuts with regular lugs at no cost. I was amazed at the service as well as them taking the time to do it right away.
