A few weeks ago as I was driving into Edmonton, my RAV4 started to shake. The engine light came on along with various other lights but I made it to Gateway Toyota. Veronica in the Service Department was very helpful. I knew I would have to rent a vehicle to get me back to Wetaskiwin but I didn’t have the faintest clue how to go about renting a vehicle or where to go to do so. Veronica sent me out to get my registration from my vehicle and by the time I got back to her desk, she was on the phone to Enterprise for me arranging for a vehicle.
